When installing decrunch on Windows using Python 3.11, I get the error reported here: HearthSim/decrunch#24

Python 3.10 seems to work fine

This should be added to the readme.md + a check added to the build.py script, until decrunch is updated

Unsure if linux/mac have same issue

I am unable to install due to the mentioned issue on macOS if I install with python3.10 -m pip install decrunch
