I think issues like this have been reported before, not sure if we fixed it in the past or not, where rain is overlaid on a CG, obscuring it.

Umineko Episode 6, Chapter 6: The Lovers.
Reasonably sure there's not supposed to be rain on top of this CG, although I might be wrong. I just thought the rain covers and darkens the CG quite a bit. It's not a major issue or anything, but it does strike me as slightly strange.
