EP7 - Requiem - This character profile is wrong, the character's name both in ADV name and the wiki say she is Clair Vaux Bernadus, not Clair Vauzof Bernard. No idea what went wrong here

Just want to point out that there's several different ways this character's name was translated. Witch-Hunt's new translation uses "Clair Vauxof Bernadus" (which apparently was actually a mistake, see image below), whereas their old TL and the generally accepted name is "Clair Vaux Bernardus". This needs fixing whichever option we want to go with, though. We might just want to match whatever's in the ADV nametag to save extra work.
