Extra Sound in TIP "Festival's Around the Corner" #92

The sound for the cicadas plays throughout the TIP "Festival's Around the Corner", and another background song starts to play on top of it, making it seem like the cicada track wasn't supposed to be there. The entire TIP appears to be indoors, making it seem even more out of place.

This also seems to happen in "After the Festival"
