Bump ip and react-native in /sample-apps/rn-quickstart-app

Removes [ip](https://github.com/indutny/node-ip). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [react-native](https://github.com/facebook/react-native/tree/HEAD/packages/react-native). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `ip`

Updates `react-native` from 0.68.5 to 0.75.3
