[BUG]: [Android] Keyboard reopens when closed using gestures

Describe the bug
Only happens on Android. With the keyboard open, if you close it using a gesture (swipe from the edge), the keyboard opens again almost always.

To Reproduce

1. Open the keyboard
2. Swipe from the edge to close the keyboard
3. The keyboard opens again

Expected behavior
The keyboard should stay closed.
