- remove hard-coded agencies
- remove _agencies and _data-pages collections in favor of _data/agencies.json
- add page-generator-gem
- add page-generator plugin shim from Generate pages with multi-level path avillafiorita/jekyll-datapage_gen#57
- generate a sitemap
When pushing commits to the staging branch, run the CI build as usual and then deploy to the analytics-staging application.
Add a note that deploys should be gated by automated tests through CI. Update the `cf push` manual deploy to use the zero-downtime push command.
