Tasks:

Do not show an app selector dropdown when there is only one option
When multiple options, do not select one as default (view example, and be aware first element should be a placeholder)

How should it look like?
When only one token manager and voting app is installed, dropdowns should not appear:

When two or more token managers are installed, but there is only one voting app, only token managers should be selectable:

By default, no app should be selected:
