[Bug] TXT record changes after the certificate application fails

Problem Description

手动申请证书，如果申请失败，重新点击申请时，系统每次生成的TXT记录都不同。
所以在添加显示的TXT记录后，再次申请时，最后查找的TXT记录和开始提示添加的记录不一致。
