Reviewing heatmaps on Hotjar, I can see the majority prefer to not connect using Notion. Which is fine but I suspect that they are not aware of the feature differences. For exampel toggle headings are only supported with the Notion connection and will be ignored when upload as file.
Of course feature parity between the connection and uploading would be ideal but the export file formats are less rich than the Notion blocks available via the connection. So implementing basic things like toggle heading is hard while remaining backwards compatible. I think regardless the user should get information on what is the difference somewhere.
