Push version to v1.3.0

* default keybinds have changed, many are now unbound by default, use config.ahk to change them to your liking
* new macro `ToggleAutoHeli` to hold throttle and pitch-forward to get a poor mans autopilot (thanks @DineshSolanki)
* new option `WindowScale` to fix splash message sizing when your UI scaling in Windows is not 100% (thanks @notnorandxnor)
