Reflect on the engineering team's story points process

After improving the engineering team's shared understanding of story points (#883 ), the team should reflect and reach consensus on if the current process regarding story points (documented in #882) is still relevant and what, if any, changes should be made.

Definition of Done

• Decision is reached on status of story points process: does it accurately reflect how the engineering team wants to use story points? Yes or No.
  • If Yes, issue can be closed
  • If No, design process improvements and update the documentation in the team compass
