Flasher code checks whether blit is in "firmware" mode by checking this command. If blit responds with "32BL_EXT" then flasher resets it to get to firmware mode. However with the current firmware and launcher, blit always responds with "32BL_EXT" even when in the launcher. The flasher does not check twice, so this does not cause an error. But it is wrong anyway.
