屏幕是16:10的，用官方启动能够全屏但用该工具启动会变成16:9导致上下黑边，我应该怎样设置和解决？

我的情况是16：10正常打开，但是无法解锁帧率，我的另一个16：9的电脑可以正常解锁帧率，不知道原因是不是和你类似。
