Launching unlockfps_nc.exe, after granting admin permission, results in app closing down within one second and game does not launch. Tried clearing config. Launching the game via epic games works fine, so it's probably not game related. I don't know how should I further investigate, so I'm open to suggestions/questions.

I don't know if you have the root of the issue for you is the same as me, but I wasn't able to launch the app (it closed itself right after opening)
Checked the event viewer and got this as an error from the app.

Went to check the config file (fps_config.json) and it was empty, Deleted the file just to be sure about it and the launcher opened normally after that. Might or might not be your same issue but that made it for me.

Will fix in the future, it's because of the config file, just delete the config for now
