Phantomjs not updated if version is newer and if this module has already installed phantomjs #16

Phantomjs had to be manually removed in order to be updated:

sudo rm -r /opt/phantomjs*

when puppet ran again, phantomjs was updated

phantomjs -v
2.1.1
