Currently the installation of the test configurator and the injector requires ssh access to the host where it's being installed.

I think it would be handy to support installation directly on the given host. I think it would make more sense for automation (e.g you can connect the host to the Jenkins and install everything there and execute there - no need to execute the 3scale-perftest command remotely).
