Convenience on setting the mapping strategy

Explicit setting of the mapping strategy is great, however, it would be even better if CSVeed was able to automatically determine what mapping strategy was required. Eg:

• if a map method is called, it implicitly sets the mapper strategy to the right mapper

Nevertheless, explicitly setting the mapper must always be possible.
