Thanks for this quite a handy tool.
I have done some work to port to python 3 at https://github.com/phlebos/sds1004x_bode/tree/master/sds1004x_bode
Its working for me with the fy6600 driver on an fy8300. Can't test the others.

Oh I accidently created a pull request here, then closed it, while trying to merge a branch on my fork.
