Server name keeps randomly changing

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
One of my servers name keeps randomly changing from the name I have set to random characters.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Unsure how to reproduce since it happens randomly. I set it back to the name I want and then it changes like an hour later.

Expected behavior
Not changing the name randomly.

Environment

• Webserver: Apache2
• Hosting environment: VPS, Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-146-generic x86_64)
• PHP version: 8.2 (the version this branch supports)
• Firefox, Edge, Chrome

Additional context
It was happening a LOT more on the older 5.4 branch but lessened when I switched to this one.
