RL Mixin Tweaks/Fixes to consider adding to Universal Tweaks

There are a few Tweaks/changes that were introduced by RL Mixins that remedy a variety of issues. Unfortunately, since RL Mixins is focused only on RL Craft, it cannot be used with the newest version of Fire and Ice: Rotn version. Can we get RL Mixins Tweaks/Fixes added into UT, so that we can benefit from them while using the latest Fire and Ice?

(Vanilla) Adds configurable option to make fall distance damage reduce-able per tick in water instead of all at once.
(Vanilla) Lowers the player's relative eye-height while crouching to be more like newer Minecraft versions.
(Vanilla) Patches a bug where a player's health attribute being lowered can cause them to die on client-side even when they did not die server-side.
(Vanilla) Makes Mending prioritize damaged items first instead of randomly picking the item to try to repair.
(Vanilla) Stops nether portals from spawning zombie pigmen to prevent farming.
(Vanilla) Adds a blacklist to prevent certain potion effects from working on tipped arrows.
(Vanilla) Skips checking oversized AABBs for collisions when teleporting long distances, causing extreme lag.
(Vanilla) Fixes Strays and Husks requiring spawn positions to be able to see the sky even when spawned from mob spawners.
(Vanilla) Fixes particle effects sent to the client from server-side never actually rendering, created by RandomPatches.
(Vanilla) Smooths the player's eye height when crouching, created by RandomPatches.

(Vanilla) MC-92916 patch created by EigenCraft Unofficial Patch.
(Vanilla) MC-108469 patch created by EigenCraft Unofficial Patch.

(AnvilPatch) Stops Anvils from visually displaying "Too Expensive" even with Anvil Patch and will instead display the correct amount of levels required.

(Champions) Increases the time that Jailer champions apply the Jailed effect for, from 5 ticks to 5 seconds.
(Champions) Makes Champion death messages properly use the Champion's name.
(Champions) Makes Champions with potion effects not display the particles.
(Champions/InfernalMobs) Prevents Champion mobs from turning into Infernals as well.
(Champions/TrinketsAndBaubles) Tags mobs summoned from Infested champions with Trinket's "summoned" tag to cancel their xp/item drops.

(BetterNether) Fixes food bowls from deleting whole stacks when eaten.

(BetterSurvival) Improves the effects of Antiwarp by cancelling more teleporting methods.
(BetterSurvival) Tweaks the effects of the Education enchant to balanced against the SME Adept enchant.
(BetterSurvival) Allows for modifying the combo multiplier of the Nunchaku.
(BetterSurvival) Fixes vampirism enchant healing the player when hitting non-living entities.

(BountifulBaubles) Reworks the flare gun to add sound effects, better physics, fire effects, and makes it work with Optifine dynamic lighting instead of Albedo.
(BountifulBaubles) Reworks Obsidian Skull/Shield fire resistance handling to be less buggy.
(BountifulBaubles) Prevents the player from using the reforging station to remove armor cursed with Curse of Binding.
(BountifulBaubles) Modifies the Cobalt Shield knockback resistance attribute from 10 to 1000.
(BountifulBaubles/FirstAid) Reworks the Broken Heart trinket to work properly with FirstAid.
(BountifulBaubles/TrumpetSkeleton) Prevents trumpets from triggering the Gluttony amulet effect.

(Charm) Prevents crates from being insert-able into Shulker boxes.

(ChunkAnimator) Temporarily disables Chunk Animation when using F3+A or changing render distance to stop easy X-Ray exploits.

(DynamicSurroundings) Adds the ability to define Dynamic Surroundings entity chat messages in a config file, as well as translatable.

(FoodExpansion) Fixes Food Expansion foods deleting the entire stack when eaten if their stack size is greater than one.
(FoodExpansion) Fixes Nether Wart Soup crashing the game when eaten on a server.

(ForgottenItems) Fixes Vein Pickaxe mining tile entities and bypassing protection.

(IceAndFire) Modifies the render bounding boxes of some Ice and Fire mobs to fix undersized render boxes.
(IceAndFire) Allows for reducing the amount of particles created by dragon explosions that previously did not render without the particle rendering patch.
(IceAndFire) Fixes issues with the Dragon Skull, Dragon Egg, Dragon Horn, and Myrmex Egg deleting items or duping when used in offhand.
(IceAndFire) Attempts to stop the ability to cheese dragons by attacking them while they are stuck at the edge of render distance.
(IceAndFire) Makes dragons bite the player for a scaling amount based on the dragon's size, and heals the dragon when they bite entities.
(IceAndFire) Makes dragons start flying if they are stuck in water while they are attempting to attack something.

(IceAndFire/BetterSurvival) Fixes Dragonbone Bow duping arrows when using the Multishot enchant.
(IceAndFire/BetterSurvival/SpartanFire) Adds replacement recipes for dragon blood recipes to retain weapon enchantments and repair costs.
(IceAndFire/LycanitesMobs) Stops Lycanite mobs from attempting to target mobs that are stone statues, or tagged with NoAI.
(IceAndFire/RLCombat) Cancels Ice and Fire's multipart mob handling to allow RLCombat to handle it instead.
(IceAndFire/RLCombat) Cancels Ice and Fire's handling of weapon bonuses, allowing for RLCombat to properly handle it instead.

(InfernalMobs) Fixes Infernal Mobs spamming particles while the game is paused.
(InfernalMobs/ScalingHealth/Champions) Prevents Infernal/Blight/Champion mods from getting stuck in boats and minecarts (Does not require all three mods.)

(Inspirations) Fixes Squid and Cow milking cooldown not working properly.
(Inspirations) Removes the ability to add Protection enchant to shields.
(Inspirations) Makes incorrectly mixing potions in an Inspirations cauldron turn into Mundane potion instead of Thick potion.

(ItemPhysics) Makes ItemPhysics use the player's reach attribute instead of a hardcoded value.

(NoTreePunching) Fixes being able to abuse the clay tool in an enchanting table to get guaranteed unbreaking enchants.
(NoTreePunching) Fixes the mattock not breaking when tilling ground.

(Locks) Fixes dupe bugs involving the key ring.

(LycanitesMobs) Modifies the render bounding boxes of many Lycanite mobs to fix under/oversized rendering boxes.

(MobSpawnerControl) Makes curing Zombie Villagers count as a kill for depleting spawners.

(PotionCore) Replaces Launch potion effect with Delayed Launch, allowing for compatibility with knockback being applied at the same time.
(PotionCore) Halves the effect of Reach potion effects.
(PotionCore) Blacklists the Revival effect from working on non-players to prevent duping.

(Quark) Syncs the Right-Click Sign Edit config option from server to client to prevent desyncs if a server disabled the option for plugins (Thanks to Venom for the PR.)
(Quark/IceAndFire) Makes feathers not passively drop from chickens if they are stone statues.
(Quark) Fixes chest boats being able to be used for dupes.
(Quark) Fixes dupe bug involving Stonelings.

(Reskillable) Fixes Reskillable losing track of the player when returning from the end causing baubles to be lost.
(Reskillable) Allows edible seeds such as potatoes and carrots to be eaten even if they can not be planted.
(Reskillable) Adds a config defined blacklist for the Hungry Farmer perk.
(Reskillable) Fixes Reskillable cancelling indirect self damage when holding an item you can not use yet.
(Reskillable/DefiledLands) Makes Golden Osmosis also repair Golden Book Wyrm armor.
(Reskillable/FirstAid) Reworks Undershirt perk to work properly with FirstAid.

(RLCombat) Modifies Thorn and Arthropod enchantment checks to work with offhand weapons.

(RLMixins) Adds a Steel armor set with custom models and textures created by ArtsyDy.
(RLMixins) Adds a Scarlite/Ruby armor set with custom models and textures created by ArtsyDy.
(RLMixins) Adds the Lesser Fire Resistance effect.
(RLMixins) Cow Potion.
(RLMixins/Charm) Adds a "Cleansing Talisman", which can be crafted with any enchanted book to turn it into a Curse Break book, or turned into a Curse Break potion.

(RLMixins/RLCombat) Adds the Nether Bane weapon effect, with a configurable list of weapons to apply to, mobs to effect, and how much damage to deal.

(Rustic) Replaces the effects of Ale, Cider, and Mead with config-defined effects.
(Rustic/Charm) Makes Coffee from Charm reduce the effects of Inebriation from Rustic instead of just water.

(ScalingHealth) Attempts to fix a desync caused by Scaling Health when a mob dies in the same tick it is spawned.

(SimpleDifficulty) Makes gathering rain water directly from the sky into a canteen give purified water instead of dirty water.
(SimpleDifficulty) Fixes not being able to use Iron and Dragon canteens on rain collectors.

(SoManyEnchantments) Directly modifies Item attributes and ItemStack damage for better enchantment compatibility.
(SoManyEnchantments/RLCombat) Overhauls many SoManyEnchantments enchants to fix lag/bugs/offhand compat.

(SRParasites) Replaces Living and Sentient armor models with custom models created by ArtsyDy.
(SRParasites) Cancels SRParasites attempting to run a custom spawn tick check.
(SRParasites) Makes parasite spawning ignore all light levels if the ignore sunlight option is true.
(SRParasites/RLCombat) Rehandles the Sentient Scythe's AOE effect to make it less overpowered and compatible with other effects.
(SRParasites/RLCombat) Cancels SRParasites manually handling attack packets for reach bonuses.

(SwitchBow) Fixes dupe bugs involving the quivers.

(ToolBelt) Fixes dupe bugs involving the belt.
