Super Secret Settings (Shader Shuffle)

It was a fun button that shuffles between different shaders but it was removed in 1.9 (though the shaders still remain in the game). There's a mod that already adds it back on newer versions.

The button would be located above Music & Sounds or if there's a no snooper tweak, it would replace the Snooper Settings button. It would also be cool to use the spectator shaders and also be able to more easily select what shader you want like the Fabric mod does.
