目前情况：文件限制是基于百分比限制
需求优先级：A
截止时间：9.20晚
存在问题：

视频文件播放到限制位置以后，会重新弹回开始并进行播放。
图片、音频、文档文件不存在时间限制
修改需求：
针对视频文件，当用户访问到限制时间后，直接返回Home Page
针对图片、音频、文档文件，当该文件访问时间结束后，返回Home Page
