The current UI is bare-bones, but ultimately should look more like the UI for the old ("turbo") repo:

Goals:

Add left navigation column
Add header bar to report view
Add bar charts (for the whole report and per-topic)
Better pie chart placement
Clearer info hierarchy (text size differences etc)
