Plasma rifle exponential power cost

so I was using a plasma rifle with a booster and raider trigger and every time it fired the cost wast increased by a factor of 35% if I had to guess its due to the booster so.... yeah
Upon further testing changing cells also causes the cost to rise stupidly

The gigalens does this too now, I'm gonna assume any mod that increases damage output does this now and it's only happening as of ~2 days ago
