Legacy Page

We would like to add a new page for all the past member of team AUV-IITK. We will display it on the legacy page.
Approach we would like to follow to build this:

1. Make a new folder in the views directory name /LegacyPage and route it to /legacy
2. Make a new directory for each section/component of this page. For Ex: /LegacyPage/MemberDetails.js
3. Each component should have its own js and css file. (note: this will change when we migrate to scss)
4. Design a rough sketch of how the page will look like. Using Figma will be a good idea to convey the design. Be creative!!
5. Float a google form form to collect the data @shubhamkorde
6. Populate Lorem Ipsum and make the page ready as per design while we are waiting for the actual data to be collected.
