[PE-D][Tester B] List is not in sorted order

UG mentions that the list will be sorted but it isn't. In addition, the entries seems to be added to the list randomly (sometimes at the top, sometimes at the bottom). In the first SS, Google is added to the bottom, while in the third SS, Meta is added to the top of the list.
