Describe the bug
Empty entities can currently be saved. This is very confusing for the user.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'EntityList'
Click on 'New'
Type a whitespace in "Name" filed
save

Expected behavior
All fields should be trimmed before saving.
