[Feature] : Pages on notice

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The many notices should be paginated and shown with the page number.

Describe the solution you'd like
The notices should be shown as a group of 6 on each page with the option to choose the page number in the bottom.
If there are many pages, show the next page option, previous page option, 1 2 3 ... like the google search result pages.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The next button may be side by side with the notice heading or at the last, whatever looks better.
