Secret Iron Door requires Axe to break

This is with Malisis Doors installed, and it doesn't matter if I modify the door or not beforehand. When I place the secret iron door, it says it can be broken by an axe. I'm not sure how adding camo paste to an iron door causes it to be broken with an axe.

I'm not sure if removing Malisis Doors causes the behavior to change or not, have not tried that yet.
