This guide highlights that it's only available on Starter, but not how to achieve the same for Pro, or point to the equivalent information for Pro. This is the highest ranking page in search engines, so should provide this documentation rather than a deadend.

I'm looking into this. Originally, Pro could not self-serve on this and would need to contact an account manager. I'll see if that needs an update, or at minimum an improved notice.
