User positions shouldn't be loaded unnecessarily on unrelated pages

Current Behavior

• When a user navigates to https://app.adrena.xyz/competition or other non-trading pages & connects their wallet, their positions are being loaded unnecessarily

Expected Behavior

• Positions are loaded only when the user navigates to a page for which user positions are relevant.

Fixing this bug would slightly improve runtime / rendering performance & reduce RPC usage.
