GET SysSettingValue for SysSetting that has no default value #283

When I try GET SysSettingValue, for SysSetting that has no value and error occurs.
This happens when a new app is installed and SysSetting from the app is expected to be initialized by the user (eg. API Key).

clio sys-setting SettingWithoutValue --GET -e Whatever
