Lookup search results driven by Global Search

In many cases, users need to add Contacts to a record. Ideally, we want all users to "Search" for a contact first to ensure we are not creating duplicate records.

Ideally, I'd like to have "Contact" as a field on screen, then allow my users to simply type whatever they want in the field to find matches via Global Search results. The selection record would grab the ID for Contact record appropriately.

Multiple field search would be great as well. Allow my users to search by name, phone, email, or SSN.
