Currently, the only way to request a SaaS demo environment is to either:
1. Set up a 14-day trial and pray that the pre-sales work can be completed within that 14-day period. While this works when it's a quick demo, the more complex/larger deals will require demo environments for 60-90 days or longer. 2. Request a demo environment to get set up through our Partner Success Manager. While they are happy to help, this is one more thing that they have to manage. They're already busy enough as-is, so taking this off of their plate would be ideal.
In either of the above cases, there's no way to initiate a request to provide exactly what we need in the demo environment. This could be a form that we submit or create a new case within the Partner Success Portal where we, as Partners, can provide answers to the following questions:
What version of Creatio is needed?
Which products are needed in the demo environment?
Include demo data in the demo environment? (default answer should always be "yes" for this)
When is the demo environment required?
In order to control the total number of active demo environments, partners could be restricted to the total number of demo environments that they can request based on their partner level or anything else as defined within the partner agreement.
