Welcome to the AfrikaBurn website wiki!

AfrikaBurn is moving to a new Drupal 8 website. As we are a community collective, we are opening up the project so every one can get involved. We are hoping this will reach a stable drupal distributions in the future that any burn community could use.

AfrikaBurn is a Regional Burning Man festival and community, held annually in the Tankwa Karoo. We currently have over 12 000 people attending, and easily double that in our active community. To effectively reach our communities needs we need to strategies out web site so that it can better serve our community.

We also hope that we can open up the technology to better play and help developers with in our community to easily create apps that link to public data.
