Is it possible to register a fan using this library?

I would like to have the following option in Alexa

  1. Fan On/Off
  2. Fan Speed
  3. Fan Mode
  4. Rotate On/Off

I have done that. I set my fan to rotate when I change the color to blue. I used an IR receiver to learn the IR codes from the remote control.
