The documentation should be updated to mention that WLED is licensed under EUPL #236

The documentation is not up to date with the change. It still mentions MIT license in a few places:

The license of this documentation itself is still MIT also, but I supposed that this might not need to be changed?

Yeah we should definitely update these when we release 0.15.0
