Lua runtime error (a nil value) when using //htb move #15

When ever I enable //htb move I get console error spam when I move the 4th bar. The exact error is: Lua runtime error: xivhotbar/lib/ui.lua:1066: attempt to call method 'get_slot_x' (a nil value). The bars move and set where I want them but the numbers for switching between environments do not move. Closing the game will resolve that issues but If I need to move again then the issue resurfaces.

On a side note, when logging into the game xivhotbar throws a missing general.lua error. Also, typing lua l xivhotbar in the console while the hotbar is already loaded crashes the client completely.

I should also note that I play on a private server (Era).
