install help

I cannot for the life of me understand how to get this to work in game, or rather even where to put the files to get it to work, any help would be appreciated

so when i downloaded the addon i was having similar issues, i downloaded the zip and put it into my windowers4 file under addons (had to make a folder for it), yet still couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get it working on my game. My solution was to go into each file and make sure to open them in notepad the main one you need would be the xivhotbar file, at that point it started working in game, now instructions are kinda vague on how the addon really work so it's been trial and error, currently i'm working on setting up the action bars inside the folders how i want so i don't have issues later if i need to reload and relocate all spell i have or haven't recieved yet
