Modal window does not scroll with the rest of the editor's UI

I have a custom modal window, but this behaviour applies to all modals. It's position is fixed at the point where editor's UI is at the moment of invoking the modal. After user scrolls it stays at it's previous position as it's top property doesn't recalculate. Are there any plans to fix this?
