Feature request: Add reboot

General idea

We have boot and shutdown. Why not reboot ?

Use case

Some device dont have feature like wol like Raspberry Pi. And Sometimes a reboot is needed.

One reason against it would be how to represent it in HomeKit. Currently we provide an "on" and an "off" state, meaning it maps nicely to a switch. A third state wouldn't map to a switch. That said, if you're willing to sacrifice the shutdown capability, you can already get this working by using a shutdown command. Just make it reboot instead.
