[Bug]: Dragon structures not spawning in my world

What happened?

No dragon structures are spawning in my game. at first we thought it was because they were very rare, but even /locate doesn't show them as options, and my friends and I have explored thousands of blocks in every direction with no signs of dragons.

If you are used to play a previous version try to remove all iaf configs
