Consider using a keystroke visualizer when we teach from Terminal #100

There are keystrokes we cover, like tab completion and using the up and down arrows, that are not visualized in the same way as when we're typing file names. Since we're on Macs, we can use KeyCastr. Some potential downsides are: entering sensitive info like passwords could cause trouble (I don't think I've seen anyone type in anything sensitive yet?), it's more distracting than helpful.

Since @jaclyn-taroni is teaching this at YI, I say she can make the final call on whether to go for it on the computer she'll be teaching with! We can use this issue to report back on how it goes.
