We have accumulated a couple issues about QC report aesthetics, so I'm opening this issue to group them all in one spot. Perhaps this lays the groundwork for a future baby epic, or at least keeps things in one findable spot.

Upon further reflection, now that I have added QC labels to all issues linked here, this issue feels overly duplicative and doesn't specifically help organization. The labels take care of that! Closing out in favor of the issues themselves...
