Describe the bug
The team page, when viewed on a phone, is impractical and bugs out.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://allthesprouts.org/team/ using a screen smaller than a laptop
See error

Expected behavior
The page should look nice.
