[Bug]: Hephaestus Forge Rituals Not Working

What happened?

I've tried to upgrade my Hephaestus Forge from Tier 1 to Tier 2 several times, rebuilding the forge several times, and across 2 different updates and the ritual will not work on a server. However, it is working on single-player as I tested it to make sure that I wasn't missing any steps in the process.

Even the smithing table to tier1 doesnt work on SMP.

Im not wanting to be patronising so please don't get upset...
is it possible your F&A hammer (gavel) has no ritual uses left? its easy to overlook because its not the durability bar that you'd expect.. Its happened to me, felt quite foolish after an hour or two of frustration

Even the Smithing table to tier 1 step isnt working.
