What happened?

Put down a mega interface from MEGA Cells but any time I try to interact with it (powered or unpowered) I get booted from the server I'm playing on with this error code:

Playing in singleplayer and same here.

Having this same thing happen. Multiplayer, no additional mods just ATM10. When click to interact get following error

"Connection Lost - Failed to open a screen with advanced data: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Screen is missing required image: toolbox"
