AE2 processing patterns wont use correct ingots #413

When creating a processing pattern the correct ingot (ie aluminum from GregTech) can be added to the pattern but once it is made and then requested it says cannot find any of those ingots in storage even though there are plenty and can be pulled out through a terminal.

When the recipe for the pattern is viewed (after being created) it will show a different ingot from different mod (ie Thorium Reactors vs the specified GregTech).
