Interests unite people. But this is only the 1st step.
2 persons sharing same interests - seemingly a good match - turn out to be no match based on what they are opposed to and what they don't care about. But to find it out, people have to go through ruined expectations. Anticipating that, Alovoa could introduce "opposed to" and "don't care about".
The terminology may be different, of course.
Examples of "opposed to":
likes cats, but dislikes sphynx cats (hairless cat breed)
likes exercising, but dislikes professional sport
likes spirituality, but dislikes religion
Examples of "don't care about":
likes computing, but is indifferent to anime
likes humor, but is indifferent to comedies
likes to be informed, but is indifferent to news
Tags should be shared among all 3 - so if someone has put a new, say "stargazing" interest, then "stargazing" should also appear among "opposed to" and "don't care about"
Similarly to #363 there either should be no cap on number of these or it should be high enough. If there will be cap, it should be higher for "opposed to" than one for interests and even higher for "don't care about" - as this is how attitude works. We dislike more things than we like and are indifferent to even more things. Or so I believe...
